A legal disclaimer
All advance purchase "Buy In" donation tickets to the event are non-refundable, however you can transfer or give your advance purchase "Buy In" ticket to someone else you designate that is 21 years or older to attend in your place.
Advance purchase "Buy In" donation tickets are for one seat at the event at a table and must be there at 3:00 p.m. to choose a seat or your seat will be designated once event begins and you will have until first break to show. Prices of advance purchase "Buy In" donation tickets are discounted from the price of the day of the event to help organizer plan prizes and seats needed. If you think you will not be able to attend, please let us know by email or text.
Rules and Disclaimers
Since this is a fundraiser, all advance purchase "Buy In" donation tickets, Donations prizes and/or gift certificates given, and Sponsors are non-fundable unless the event does not take place and is unable to be rescheduled within 30 days of scheduled event. If this occurs, we will reach out to ask if they would like to continue to donate towards the event indicated parties' the event was created for. This includes reasons like acts of God, no power at the event day of, then event will be rescheduled within 30 days.

During the fundraiser, event coordinator, league chairperson, or management of the event have the right to dismiss any player during the scheduled event if they become unruly, argumentative, threatening, or are under the influence causing and/of become a disturbance to the event or another player, no donation refunds will be given.
Any judgement of winning hand will be decided by table dealer, event league chairperson, event coordinators and any decision made on winning hand, misdeal, or moving players to other tables or seats are reserved by the event coordinators, league chairpersons, or management of the location of the event.

Advance Purchase "Buy In" Donation Tickets, Day of "Buy In" Donation Tickets, Day of the event donation will receive $20K stack of chips at time of event starting. "Buy In" Donation Tickets will be $50 day of event and must be paid in full before taking a seat. $20 Rebuy Donations will only be allowed up to second break and will be for $20K stack of chips. A $10 "Add on" Donations for $20k stack of chips will only be allowed at and during second break, one per person.

Breaks will be announced and based off computer timers set at beginning and during event. Final table will be decided when only enough players can fit at one table and top three players taking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will receive cash prized based off number of entries and donations provided.

Raffle tickets will be available to help with additional donation fundraising in form of ticket sales and will be drawn during throughout the event. If you are leaving, please make sure to include your name and phone number on the tickets to be drawn and you will be contacted to make sure you receive your donated raffle prize.
